It’s STILL Veranda weather!

11 runners came to Craftsbury to get a taste of what running camp is all about. We crammed as much as we could into the weekend and had a terrific time. Two yoga sessions, a hill workout, the Ridge Run and even some gait analysis made the weekend fly by. The best part was being able to enjoy the veranda for meals - a Craftsbury pleasure that is fast disappearing. As is jumping into a briskly cold Big Hosmer - we did that, too!
