Henley on Hosmer Racing

The second annual homegrown Henley on Hosmer was held under perfect regatta conditions on Big Hosmer’s flat water with mild temperatures and fierce racing. The Steward’s Enclosure was limited to those sporting flannel, camo or cut-offs and the homemade leader board was tended by long-time Craftsbury coach Larry Gluckman. Jamie Chapman and Steve Whelpley won the womens’ and men’s titles while Ellen Braithwaite and Troy Howell scored the wins on the masters side. Winners got beautiful handmade steins (produced by the GRP skiers) and all the beer they could drink.

Congratulations to our champions and to all who participated. See you next year!
