Ergo Circuit Classes
Ongoing class resumes January 12, 2010.
Center members are invited to join us in this multi-movement fitness activity. Increase endurance, strength and flexibility using different apparatus and free weights. Learn to row on an indoor rowing ergometer and double pole on a Concept 2 ski trainer. Best of all, this activity is FREE to Craftsbury members!
When: Tuesday and Thursdays promptly from 5:30 – 6:30 pm, beginning January 12, 2010.
Where: Craftsbury Outdoor Center weight room (downstairs of Cedar Lodge).

Catamount Trail Tour - Craftsbury to Lowell
This event is part of week long tour organized by the Catamount Trail Association from Edson Hill Manor to the Canadian border - though you can do as many or as few days as you wish. Guided by John Brodhead. Contact John for more information about the day of skiing (and to register), or Tour Coordinator Jan Rozendaal for information about the whole week.

Craftsbury Spring Tour
3-day USSA/NRL race series:
Friday 3/19: 3.3k freestyle prologue.
Saturday 3/20: 6k + 6k continuous pursuit.
Sunday 3/21: pursuit-start 20k freestyle race.
Prizes for each race and overall tour winner (based on cumulative race times). Age group awards as well.
Registration:
Only online - accessible via skireg.com. Registration closes March 17, 2010 (firm).
Each race alone is $35/race OR $160 gets you a room in Craftsbury's Cedar Lodge for Friday and Saturday, meals Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast, and entry to all three races. 15% lodging discount available for other rooms at the Center.
