Boston College Ski Cross-Training

Last week we were happy to have the Boston College Crew joining us for some cross-training. They visited from the 11th to the 15th and in addition to taking advantage of our facilities, they also received instruction from coaches Larry Gluckman and Pepa Miloucheva. The week was filled with ski instruction, weight lifting, erg pieces and other cross-training - as well as plenty of time for relaxation and recovery. Their time with us culminated in a ski race with the Eagles flying around Duck Pond (see results). We want to offer a thanks to all the BC crew who spent the time with us - best of luck this season.

Do you have a crew or other group who could benefit from some cross training or just time away from your daily routine? We are offering a team rate for cross training of only $75/person/nt for room and board (midweek) to groups of 10 athletes or more who come with their coach.

Want us to take over providing you with workouts, instruction, and ski rentals? We'll offer these same groups a special deal of only $25/person for a rental of ski gear and daily instruction both on snow and in the workout rooms for the length of your stay. That's a deal that you won't find many other ski areas offering for one day, let alone your whole stay. Contact the Groups' Department for more information and to schedule your stay.
