2009 Adventure Race

Craftsbury is pleased to announce that we will be hosting the 2009 MVP GMARA Bitter Pill 12 hour adventure race Saturday August 1st, 2009. This race is for teams of 2-3 participants and will include mountain biking, trekking, swimming, and canoeing. Fundamental to all these modes of transport will be navigation with topographical map and compass.

We'd love to tell you more, but we honestly can't. Part of adventure racing is that the course is a surprise for everyone - so even we don't know what the organizers have in store for you!

You can read all about the other aspects of the Bitter Pill at the Green Mountain Adventure Racing Association website where you can register as well. If you register before June 26, teams save $40 - so sign up now. It'll  be a fun day.
