Woodfired Oven10.Nov.2009 A tasty building project this fall has been the Green Racing Project's woodfired pizza oven not far from the veranda of the dining hall. Layers of cob are still being added, and Brian Gluck, maintenance man and cedar furniture maker extraordinaire is working on a pavilion to cover the oven. Stay tuned for word of its completion and inaugural firing! |
