Snowmaking

GRP athletes are assisting the Outdoor Center in the permitting and planning process for a new snow making system on the Upper and Lower Soccer Fields. The goal is to make enough snow on cold evenings in November to have a short loop open for skiing by Thanksgiving each year. The system will also by used to produce snow in the upper fields to spread on the race loops to ensure solid conditions for late season competitions.
