We're currently in the midst of our spring break. We'll resume our CrossFit programming in Mid-May when our sculling program resumes.
Join our weekly CrossFit session, Fridays at 3:30pm, taught by Nick Petterssen of The Confluence in Montpelier. From their website: "CrossFit focuses on developing ten essential aspects of fitness: Endurance (cardiovascular and respiratory), Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. We train these qualities into our bodies by employing high intensity, short duration workouts that vary daily, and use real-world movements."
Thanks to popular demand, we're continuing the program from the summer and fall series. This program is available to Craftsbury Members for $5 each week of the 3:30-4:30pm Friday class. Not a member? Find full details. Craftsbury houseguests are also welcome to attend these classes at no cost.
