Yoga

Come join our Community Yoga classes for a good stretch!

Mary Sayre/Chaya Thanhauser alternating: Wednesdays at 5:30-6:30. Margaret Pitkin: Sundays at 10:30-11:30. Yoga classes are free to all center staff and guests, $5.00/session for Craftsbury Outdoor Center members, and $10/session for all others.

CrossFit in the Fitness room (soon to be the new Activity Center) taught by Nick Petterssen and Cady Hart of The Confluence in Montpelier. This program is open to all levels and available to Craftsbury Members for $5/session. Not a member? Find full details. Craftsbury houseguests are also welcome to attend these classes at no cost.

Sports Nutrition Lecture

Craftsbury member and Sterling College faculty Allison Van Akkeren will speak to a whole approach to Sports Nutrition, responding to audience questions and needs regarding fueling ourselves for workouts and competition.
