Team 350 skiing and rowing challenge!

23.Sep.2009

The Team 350 challenge is a unique opportunity to gain some fitness while raising awareness for global climate change.

Based around Concept2's long time online challenges, the Team 350 challenge is looking to collectively row and ski 350 million meters between September 21 and October 24. This action is part of a global grassroots movement to raise awareness for the significance of 350 parts per million; the sustainable CO2 threshold in our atmosphere.  The current level is over 387 ppm and this number needs to fall for a safe climate future. The United Nations is working on a global climate treaty that will be released later this Fall. October 24th is the International Day of Climate Action, a significant day leading up to the release of this important treaty.

So, how do you take part in this FREE event?
