Winter Triathlon #2

Craftsbury groomer and triathlete extraordinaire, Keith Woodward is  organizing another low-key winter triathlon, Sunday, February 12, at 11am.

Long Course (in order of event):
~4k Snowshoe Run
~7k Bike
~6k ski

Keep watching the website for details. We'll likely be running something similar to the first one, (except for the snowshoe portion - some 'shoes will be available for rent).

Run2Scull, Scull2Run

This camp allows you to use both your running shoes and your oars for some serious cross-training that will take both disciplines to new levels. Row in the mornings, run in the afternoons, while enjoying the great Craftsbury atmosphere all week! Read full details or register.

Running Camp: Marathon Week

A great week of camp designed to prepare all levels of runners for their marathon. We cover all aspects of training from specific workouts, running form, training principles and the long run to nutrition strategies, core strength and stability, circuit training, and much more.

Coached sessions include a track workout, a structured hill workout, tempo and fartlek instruction. In addition to amazing trail running on our own campus and runs on the beautiful back roads of Vermont, a week at camp will give you inspiration and motivation for your upcoming marathon training and racing. Running Camp: Masters Week

Our most popular offering. Come have great fun with the over-40 crowd while learning how to train progressively or simply rejuvenate your love of running. It's a relaxing Vermont vacation coupled with specific workouts on the hills and the track. Improve your running form, learn how to train intelligently and how to manage injuries. Learning smart nutrition strategies and working on core strength and stability in our circuit training sessions will keep you running healthy with motivation to spare.
