The week contains all the great activities listed in our other camps, tailored to the goals of the campers - whether marathon runners, middle-distance runners, general fitness runners or beginning runners. Running Camp: High School XC Camp

This camp offers a full week of instruction for teens. Young harriers will enjoy the variety of specific workouts, balanced with classroom presentations on nutrition, training physiology, a training plan workshop, training principles, mental strategies and race day skills and more - all led by one of the greats of American running, Lynn Jennings. Girls and boys will enjoy lots of cross-training and extracurriculars all week. Read more about this fun, highly motivational and exciting week of camp.
