High School XC Running Camp

Building on last year's successful High School Camps, this summer we'll be offering three weeks of camp. During the week, young harriers will enjoy track training, hill work, drills, fartlek and tempo work as well as a long run on our Ridge Run, the most beautiful loop in Vermont. Classroom presentations will include nutrition, training physiology,a training plan workshop, race day skills and more.
This fun, highly motivational and exciting week of camp will be an excellent boost to your summer prep for your cross country season. Athletes are welcome to attend on their own or with teammates. These weeks filled last summer so don't hesitate to sign up today!
