Tech Tip: Pepa's stretching routine now online27.Nov.2007 You've asked for it, and now we have it: Pepa's stretching routine from her flexibility lecture is now available for download. This illustrated routine is designed to cover all the necessary muscle groups used in rowing using the two stage stretching technique. There's a brief introduction by Pepa, so don't worry if you don't remember all the specifics. We intend to offer a DVD with this and other content by this coming season, so it will keep getting better. Until then, keep limber after your erg sessions with these poses.
