Still Space in Race Prep Track05.Aug.2010 "The Race Prep Track is a great addition to the offerings. Unless you can improve the weather, I think you have nailed it!" - June 2010, Race Prep Camper We're about five weeks away from our next Race Prep offering, this time a four day/three night offering beginning September 9 (a Thursday). With all the August camps full, why not join us to find your head racing stride this fall? The Head Race Prep Track is about long distance race training, techniques and strategies. In addition to our onsite instruction, we hope to trailer boats to offsite bodies of water for longer practices and spend time in how to take turns, passing and giving way and other aspects of head racing. |
