2010 Sculling Camp Registration

Notes:
- One form must be submitted for each person applying.
- All sculling camp participants must be at least 12 years of age. We offer private
   sculling lessons for children younger than 12.
- Your registration is NOT confirmed for the requested program until we have
   received your deposit. Please call at your earliest convenience so that we can
   process your credit card information and reserve your space in the program.

Our interest in your physical dimensions is solely for the determination of an appropriate boat size for your use during camp. Our professional staff holds this information in confidence. Rowing is a great activity for all body types, but we must make appropriate rigging adjustments for your comfort, safety and optimum performance.

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. Please call (802)586-7767 or fax (802)586-7768 your credit card information (visa or mastercard). Or send a check to Craftsbury Outdoor Center, 535 Lost Nation Rd., Craftsbury Common, VT 05827. The listed program rates do not include Vermont Meals & Lodging taxes or equipment use taxes. For a complete schedule of program fees and taxes, please contact our main office.

Waiver and Cancellation Policy
By signing this waiver I hereby release the Craftsbury Outdoor Center, coaches and staff of any and all liability arising from my injury, death or loss of property during this sculling camp, realizing sculling is an action sport posing significant risks.
are non-refundable. Program deposits can be reapplied for one year from their reservation date if we are given a written 14-day cancellation notice. The deposit will be rolled over one time only. A $20 handling charge applies to upgraded reservation changes made prior to 14 days of arrival. Rescheduling your program date within 14 days of your arrival will result in a $100.00 per person rebooking fee. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, all deposits are forfeited. Changes or cancellations made on your arrival day will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
The Center may offer discounts or special rates toward a reservation under certain conditions. Only one discount may be applied to a reservation. Discounts must be applied before a reservation ends and the account is settled; discounts may not be applied to reservations retroactively.
