This years' event was limited to 1000 entrants. Did you prefer this limited field size or would you like to see the event expanded in the future?

Why do you prefer a limited field or expanded event?
The cost of producing a point-to point event is much more (estimated by some race directors to be over $100 per participant) than a circuit race on a 25 kilometers loop. This year the entry fee was $95 for the race and $85 for the tour on the last day registration was open. How much would you be willing to spend on an entry on the last possible day in order to support a point-to-point race of this type?
