Full Weekend Ahead

16.Feb.2012

Regrettably, there's not much snow in much of New England this winter. Wish everyone was skiing in the same conditions we've been fortunate enough to enjoy this winter, but many are not so lucky. Races have been moved all season - and this week is no different. We'll be hosting four races over the next four days:

Thursday, Feb 16 - North Country Twilight sprints, starting around 4pm. Watch tomorrow's stars rip it up tonight on the fields.

Saturday, Feb 18 - Williams College Carnival - enjoy watching some of the fastest college skiers in the country to our trails!

Saturday and Sunday, Feb 18-19 - TD Bank NENSA Eastern Cup Finals. The EC opened here last December, and now we're closing it down too. As we are only acting as host venue, go to NENSA's website for Eastern Cup details.

We're very excited to host New England's ski community, but deeply regret it's necessary to do so.

What will the courses be? The homologated race course (think Race Loop) will be where the action is this weekend. Thanks to new signage and some cutting, despite the traffic on Race Loop, Ruthie's and Sam's will still be easily accessible all weekend via Bayley Hazen and Ruthie's Alternate.

This weekend may be the one to explore what Highland Lodge's trails are looking like - make use of our free shuttle, and leave the driving and logistics to us! No matter if you're a guest, competitor, spectator or just visiting us for the day, you'll find plenty of options on the roughly 100k we presently have open for you.

See everyone on the trails this weekend!
