The Craftsbury Marathon Will Be Better Than Ever This Year. Why haven't you signed up yet?
- Registration closes Saturday, January 26.
- We still have space. Limit is 1000 tourers and racers.
- Race is on Saturday, February 2
- We have great snow. Base is 12 - 24 inches with 5 inches of new snow.
New this year, all seven aid stations along the course will have: warming tents, catered hot soups and appetizers, bonfires with seating, volunteer servers competing to have the best and most creative station as judged by you, the participants.
Aid stations approximately every 5 kilometers:
- Highland Lodge - Home made muffins, juice and Green Mountain Coffee Roasters.
- Skunk Hollow - Curried Sweet Potato Bisk and Puff Pastry with Chevre Cheese.
- Rocking Rock - Carrot Dill Soup and Spanikopita Pastries.
- Craftsbury Road. - Cream of Broccoli/Vermont Cheddar Soup and Mini Quiche.
- Craftsbury Village - Split Pea and Ham Soup, Rolls, and hot Spicy Cider.
- Craftsbury Center - Potato Soup and Cheese Biscuits.
- Creek Road - Traditional Norwegian Hot Blueberry Soup.
- Lost Nation Road - Camp Fire Roasted Sausages and Rolls.
- Craftsbury Common - Vermont Milk Company Soft Serve Ice Cream and Cheese Soup.
