Marathon Delay & Course Change

The Marathon start has been delayed 2 hours. Registration will open at 8:30 a.m. and buses will start departing at 8:40 a.m. The last bus for the race will leave at 10:00 a.m. and the last bus for the tourers will be at noon. We highly recommend that tourers start no later than 11:30 so that they don't miss the cut off time. We also have changed the lunch, awards and cut off times. All will be 1 hour later.

Additionally, after discussions with the technical delegate, we've shortened the 50k course. Please consult the map link. In brief, we've cut off the northernmost 5k of the course: Max's Pond and the upper lake. We feel that conditions after the projected weather event will have deteriorated too far to use that part of the course.
