Upcoming Dryland Masters' Clinics
20.Jul.2010 A brief note about some upcoming dryland Masters' clinics. Thursday, July 22 at 2pm will be ski walking, jumps and strength (bring some short ski poles). In addition to the workout, there will be a discussion about how to best structure your summer training.
Then Saturday (July 24) at 2pm, we'll meet to go over rollerski technique and video review. Bring your rollerski gear - don't forget your helmet and reflective vest! We'll meet at the Center before heading out for the technical portion of the clinic.
Please verify your membership is current. These masters' programs can be accessed as part of the larger masters dryland program ($100 for the season), or members can pay for each clinic individually ($20/instance).
