Vinyasa Yoga (aka Vinyasa Flow Yoga) is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that synchronizes the breath with a continuous flow of postures or movements.

Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating and detoxifying full-body flow where you’ll explore yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga with your instructor & Green Racing Project Rower, Jen Forbes. Prepare to ignite your core strength as you practice proper posture alignment; build heat from within by connecting your breath to your movement; and, strengthen your mind as you develop your balance and focus. This class is set to inspiring tunes, and is a foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle at a moderate, but intuitive pace.
All levels welcome!
Mats, props are provided, we suggest you bring:
  • Mat-length towel to prevent slipping during class
  • Fitted workout clothes
  • Water bottle
Craftsbury guests are free, $5/session for Craftsbury Members, $10 all others. Wednesdays 6:30-7:30am in the Multi-purpose room in Cedar Lodge.
