Community Strength is focused on getting you the full-body strength workout you need for holistic fitness. This class will begin with an introduction to the fundamentals of weightlifting. Similar to Community Fitness on Mondays, this class will use circuit-style training to help you improve balance, strength, and coordination. Workouts can accommodate people of all levels and are led by members of our Green Racing Project on Wednesdays in the Cedar Multipurpose Room. Class is free for house guests, $5 for members, and $10 for visitors to the Center.
