19 Marathon: Day 1
Last Updated: 02.Feb.2019
Day 1 of the Craftsbury Marathon presented by Fischer is in the books. Racers enjoyed ideal classic ski conditions: stable temperatures, minimal sun, bomber tracks that held up longer than anyone could remember happening before, and lots of fresh snow for easy hardwax. More than a few skiers commented that they had way more kick left at the end of the race than any other 50k they could recall.
