Yoga at Craftsbury

We have several options available to accommodate yogis of all levels throughout the week. (Note:  while we make every effort to keep this section up to date, your best bet for most current information is our calendar of events).

Mondays: 4:00-5:00pm Chair Yoga with Liz Keglor. All abilities are welcome, find Liz in the Multi-purpose room in Cedar Lodge.

Wednesdays: 6:30-7:30am Active Flow Yoga with Jen Forbes. Rower Jen Forbes will lead you in morning exercises in this trial class. We're going to gauge interest for the month of January in early, mid-week yoga. If you want to get limber early, come out and support this one so we continue it.

Thursdays: 5:00-6:00pm Liz Keglor's yoga class takes a classical approach by focusing on cultivating awareness and connecting the mind and body to improve wellness.  She teaches the phylosophy of yoga, breath work and more traditional yoga styles from India.

Sundays: 10:30-11:30am, Margaret Pitkin. More on Margaret can be found at her website:
