A week of training, exploring, and story-telling with the over-50 tribe. Enjoy quiet dirt road running through the rolling hills of the Northeast Kingdom as you celebrate your love of running with a group of fellow running enthusiasts.
Athletes will receive instruction in hill and interval workouts, multiple yoga sessions, and mobility and strengthening drills. A staff of experienced, dedicated coaches will provide individual coaching throughout the week and help you plan how to most effectively keep running in your life long-term.
The week also features presentations and roundtable discussions on training through the ages, sports nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery tips and tricks. Whether you are a life-long runner or found running later in life, you’ll have company on every run and learn something new along the way.
