It's August and the last week of summer running camp is fast coming to a close. With a tightly knit group of 8 runners the week has been full of laughter, stories and treats coming from Elena's small cooler named Little Pinky.

A tough ladder interval session at the track, 5k xc racing, Endurathon Day under sunny skies and some bubble pool action at the Black River kept the runners in fighting trim all week.  The last Ridge Run of the summer is tomorrow morning! Sad to see summer go, but psyched for the new fall running fun we've put together for a month or so from now (find that here). Thanks for the summer memories runners, and we'll see you in September!
