New Fitness offering: Ergfit
Erging is always more fun with friends, even for the GRP!
New Class! We will use the C2 rower (aka – erg) for a total-body fitness class. If you enjoyed a summer of community rowing, this is a great way to keep working on your skills. But whether you row outside or not, this will be a great workout! All levels are welcome. Class starts Wednesday, December 3, 5:00-6:00pm and will run Wednesdays until January 21 (excepting Christmas and New Year’s Eve). Classes will be led by 2 GRP rowers, Grace Donabedian and Natalie Hoefer. Get signed up!
