2025 U23 Summer Skiers and Biathletes
A mix of locals and far-away college skiers and biathletes have grouped up to train at the COC this summer. They’ve been hitting the trails, helping coach our junior programs, and working various jobs around campus. We’re lucky to have such a robust group with us this year. Here’s a little more about them:
Wes Campbell
I am from Park City, Utah and am currently working towards getting a bachelors in computer engineering at Michigan Tech University. I am excited to help coach the younger athletes at Craftsbury.
Virginia Cobb
I'm from Westford, Vermont and just finished my first year at Dartmouth College. I'm majoring in Neuroscience and hoping to minor in German. I'm excited to train with a fun group of girls here this summer, get in more shooting practice, and help out with the kids programs.

I'm from Edina Minnesota, and I attend Colby College studying computer science and economics. I'm excited about eating the excellent dining hall food this summer.
Neve Gerard
Originally from Bend, Oregon, I will be a sophomore next year at the University of Utah. I am excited to train in Craftsbury with new athletes in a new place!
Sage Grossi

I’m excited for ski training this summer on the nicest roller ski loop around and for swimming in the lake after practice. As I’ll also be training for mountain bike races throughout the summer and am excited to spend time on Craftsbury’s trail system.
Ruth Krebs
I’m from Craftsbury, Vermont and will be attending Bowdoin College in the fall, hopefully studying sociology and visual art. This summer I am excited to train with people who push me to become a better athlete. I’m also looking forward to working on projects around the Center that contribute to the community and sustainability efforts.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend the summer on the Craftsbury campus as part of the GRP U23 ski program. I’m excited not only to train at a high level within such a supportive community, including my amazing coaches and teammates, but also to contribute to the Center’s broader mission - especially by helping coach young BKL skiers and mountain bikers.
