The Women’s Biathlon Coaching Apprenticeship at Craftsbury Outdoor Center (COC) is an immersive opportunity for women looking to advance their skills as biathlon coaches. This apprenticeship provides hands-on coaching experience under the mentorship of Craftsbury Biathlon Club and Green Racing Project (GRP) coaches while working with a range of athletes, from youth and masters to elite-level competitors.
The position is expected to run from approximately June 15 - August 31, with some flexibility on start and end dates. Expected time commitment would be 20+ hours/week. Info and application.
