Looking ahead: we have 2 weeks left of the summer schedule. Then on 8/25 we pivot to the fall schedule (check that out here).
JUNIORS:
Those not going to Lake Placid: have reduced practice opportunities this week, but there are still some options. Be sure to read the plan.

This week we tried clearing the moss off the rollerski loop with a massive flame-weeder, thanks to Pete’s Greens. It kinda worked but we’re still searching for the perfect solution!
Carrying heavy stuff through mud = strength training + toughness training all in one.
