After a week of running, sculling, biking, hiking and yoga we were tired and happy

The last running camp of the summer finished with a rollicking Head of the Hosmer party and a roaring bonfire. Seven runner/scullers polished their sculling skills, flew through their track session and attacked hills with vigor. With two sculling sessions, a running workout and classroom time each day it was no surprise that the van ride from Mt. Pisgah back to Irasburg on Endurathon Day was as silent as a morgue. Every single athlete was sound asleep. A Craftsbury first!

Clay and his son Rob, teens Hannah, Victoria and Lizzie and experienced scullers Holly and Rick joined forces and cheered each other on all week. The highlight was the 4 X 200 relay which finished in a dead heat!

The summer running camps are over. Up next are the Foliage and Running weekends in September. Hope to see you then!
