This is the final week of the summer schedule. Whoa. On 8/24 we’ll shift to the fall schedule, which is outlined here.
The Singletrack Shootout is this Sunday. This is a great opportunity to try biathlon — no experience required but you do need to preregister. Sign-up here. Or drop a line to our volunteer coordinator if you can help out.

JUNIORS:

Great work to the Bethel Camp squad. We will get around to invoicing you soon. Invoices will come from Concrete Foundation or something similar - yes, that’s a real thing.
Fall sports: these are getting underway! Please communicate with coaches about what your fall sports life is like so that we can support you as best as possible.

Practice changes this week:
- Adults: no practice or Open Range due to the Singletrack Shootout (which we hope you’ll sign up for!)
- Final Jr/U14 1-on-1s for the summer will be Aug 20.
- Like all club programs, we’ll shift to the fall practice schedules next week.
Race Opportunities:
- Singletrack Shootout novice races are scheduled for Aug 23 & Oct 4. These are suitable for all of you. Preregistration required.
- Wisconsin Jr Nationals Dec 27-31. Read preliminary information here.

Weekly Dryfire ideas
- 3-4 days per week if you own your own rifle at home.
- Aiming - pick a position
  - 3x3 minute holds in position. Set a timer to beep every 10 seconds. Alternate 10s relaxed breathing with 10s intense fine aiming control on center of target.
