EVERYONE:
The training plan is here and below. Please fill out the attendance form at the start of each week.
Waxing skis: reminder that you can find some great videos here. ALSO, please remember that it’s a really good idea to wear a good mask when you’re waxing skis. We like both Kn95 and N95 masks when we get to scraping and brushing, as it kicks up a lot of dust.
JUNIORS:
Good skiing this weekend despite the frigid temps!
EC #4 (final Eastern Cup): is this weekend at Oak Hill in Hanover.

State meets: Thurs 2/19 (skate @ Rikert) and Tues 2/24 (classic @ Craftsbury)
Junior Nationals: March 7-15 in Cable, WI
EHSC: March 6-9 @ Gore Mtn
U16s: March 13-15 @ Oak Hill
World Cup Finals: March 20-22 @ Lake Placid (more details coming soon!)
SuperTour Finals: March 27-29 @ Craftsbury
Reminder: toggle to the “25-26 year” tab at the bottom of the training plan to get a better sense of what’s ahead this winter.
U14s:
Shoutout to Hollis, Bo, and Pippa, who dipped their toes into their first Eastern Cup this weekend!

BKL:
Snacks before practice: parents, please remember to help your kids have a snack between school and practice! Hungry skiers are not generally the happiest or most focused skiers.
Older groups (Hares, Owls, Moose) will practice until 4:45 now that it’s light enough and also not supposed to be freezing all week.

Normal practice schedule. This week will feature another low key club TT. Sign up here.
BKLers
Normal practice times on Sunday. We will try to do the in-person component of the USBA Basic Rifle Safety course. Please send in proof that you have taken the online component of the course if you haven’t yet to biathlon@craftsbury.com
Jrs/U14s
Midweek biathlon practice option will be on TUESDAY for everybody. (Many of you are gone on Wednesday for school racing.) Normal Sunday practice for those not racing at Oak Hill.
Sign-up here once for a 1-on-1 between December and February. Some of you are signed up this week.
ADULTS/MASTERS:
Comp masters: thanks for your flexibility this weekend. Back to normal this week.
