Groups at Craftsbury
The Craftsbury Outdoor Center is ideally suited to meet your group's needs - no matter how many you wish to bring. We offer lodging for up to 90 guests as well as meals and meeting space for workshops, conferences, team and club training, or family gatherings.
Your group can choose from a variety of lodging options at our lakeside campus: simple rooms with shared baths, to multi-room suites and cabins.
We provide delicious home-style meals with a high percentage of locally grown food in our Vermont Fresh Network dining hall. Served in an all-you-can eat buffet style, our menus can accommodate all types of appetites. And everyone enjoys our dining room's setting with a lake view and dining porch for the warmer months.
For group meeting spaces, we offer several conference spaces. Our Groups' Coordinator can assist you with planning, lodging needs, and, if needed, schedule speakers and entertainment.
When you're not working, the Center offers an unparalleled selection of outdoor recreational opportunities. In the winter months we enjoy cross-country skiing on 105km of meticulously groomed trails, snowshoeing and ice skating. Spring, summer, and autumn possibilities are endless with sculling, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, biking, hiking, and orienteering - or just relaxing in a peaceful, rural setting.
After the day is through, gather your group around the campfire or wrap up the day with some star-gazing. No matter what your groups' goal, the Center can provide you with a distraction-free setting in a relaxed, natural environment.
