It’s the last week of full-on summer training!

We had some (toasty!) fun at the track this week! Lots of juniors head to Bethel for camp this week and then we’re into the last full week of summer training.

Wow wow, it’s been busy here at COC with biathletes, skiers, runners, scullers, and bikers all converging for camps and events!

Camps are happening left and right. the deer flies are hungry, and skiers are training hard. Must be mid July!

OMG it’s BKL camp week! Also our first real week of summer.

Summer seems to be here, and with it, a whole jumble of training. Also, ticks. They’re here too.
